PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL - EACH ITEM HAS BEEN MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEM SPECS BEFORE PURCHASING. S2C IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AFTER PACKAGES HAVE BEEN MARKED DELIVERED BY POSTAL CARRIERS.
RETURN POLICY:
I hope that you love all your purchases from Seasons of 2nd Chances! Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. Please review each item and their description before purchasing, including sizing and size guides. Items that “do not fit” upon receiving are not eligible for return. In the event that the wrong size is ordered, contact us within 24-48 hours via email at info@seasonsof2ndchances.com.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please contact me at info@seasonsof2ndchances.com and forward photos of any perceived damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer/phone screen resolutions, lighting and photo effects do not qualify as damaged.
LOST PACKAGES:
S2C is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked delivered. Customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave my care, this is marketplace standard. S2C is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave S2C’s office. Please reach out to your local post office for these issues.
